منظمة الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري تعقد اجتماع هيئتها العامة السنوي 

عقدت الهيئة العامة لمنظمة الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري يوم امس الخميس اجتماعها بحضور رئيس المنظمة الدكتور حازم بقله، وأعضاء مجالس إدارة المنظمة وفروعها بالمحافظات.

وفي كلمته الافتتاحية تحدث الدكتور حازم بقله عن ضرورة العمل من أجل الانتقال إلى التعافي الذي يجعل المجتمعات المتضررة قوية قادرة على تحقيق كفايتها، ومواجهة مع أي أزمة، وإيجاد حلول للتمويل والاستمرارية، وتجاوز التحديات المتعلقة بزيادة الاحتياجات مع عودة العائلات إلى قراها.

وتحدث الدكتور حازم بقله عن سياسات المنظمة للمرحلة المقبلة التي ترتكز على حشد الموارد لدعم مرحلة التعافي، وتسهيل عودة النازحين إلى بيوتهم، والاستعداد والتحضير لأي استجابة طارئة، والشفافية في العمل وتعزيز الرقابة، وكل ما من شأنه تعزيز ثقة وقبول المجتمع المحلي والمتطوعين، مؤكدا أهمية ضمان حماية المتطوعين وسلامتهم، والالتزام بالمبادئ التي تحكم عمل المنظمة.

وإحياء لذكراهم وتضامناً معهم، عرض فيلمين قصيرين عن الشهداء والجرحى والمفقودين من متطوعي الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري والشهيد مهند جاكيش، وفيلم عن تاريخ المنظمة ونشأتها وأهم استجاباتها الأولى.

وبعد عرض ملخص لأعمال وخدمات الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري واستجاباته الطارئة لعام 2024، جرت المصادقة على مشروع الموازنة التقديرية لسنة 2025، وعلى ميزانية عام 2024، كما طرح بعض الأعضاء مقترحات وقضايا تتعلق بالعمل.

The General Assembly of the #SyrianArabRedCrescent held its meeting on Thursday 8 May 2025 in the presence of the organization’s President, Dr. Hazem Bakleh, along with members of the organization’s board of directors and branch representatives from the governorates.

In his opening speech, Dr. Bakleh spoke about the importance of working towards recovery that empowers affected communities to become self-sufficient, resilient in the face of any crisis, and capable of finding solutions for funding and #sustainability, while overcoming challenges related to the increasing needs as families return to their villages.

He also addressed the organization’s upcoming policies, which focus on mobilizing resources to support the recovery phase, facilitating the return of displaced persons to their homes, preparing for emergency responses, ensuring transparency and enhancing oversight— all of which contribute to building trust and acceptance among local communities and volunteers. He emphasized the importance of ensuring the protection and safety of volunteers and adhering to the principles that guide the organization’s work.

In remembrance and solidarity, two short films were screened: one honoring the martyrs, wounded, and missing volunteers of the #SARC, including the martyr Mohannad Jakish; and another highlighting the history, founding, and key early responses of the organization.

Following a summary presentation of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent’s activities, services, and emergency responses in 2024, the estimated budget for 2025 and the final budget for 2024 were approved. Additionally, some members presented proposals and work-related issues.
